Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DuuBaDuu you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (and of legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction) to use DuuBaDuu. You must provide accurate information about yourself.

3. Acceptable use

One real person per account. No impersonation, no fake profiles.
No harassment, hate speech, sexual content, scams, or solicitation.
No automated scraping, bulk download, or reverse engineering of the service.
No off-platform monetisation of contact details obtained through the service.

We may suspend or remove any account that violates these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit. You grant DuuBaDuu a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload anything you submit.

5. Verification

Verification badges reflect documents you have submitted at a point in time. We do not guarantee any user's identity, intentions, or marital outcomes. Always exercise caution when meeting people online or offline.

6. Payments

Paid features (such as RM consultations and premium memberships) are processed by Stripe. Prices and refund policy are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. DuuBaDuu does not guarantee matches, marriages, or any specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 4, 7, 9 and 10 survive termination.

9. Changes

We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before any material change to these Terms.
